เนื่องจาก IP ที่เครื่องปริ้นเตอร์ได้รับมานั้นเป็น IP ที่เครื่องปริ้นเตอร์กำหนดขึ้นเอง ซึ่งจะไม่สามารถปริ้นเอกสาร
หรืออาจจะหาเครื่องปริ้นเตอร์ไม่เจอในวง Network
วิธีการแก้ไข
1.ตรวจเช็คสาย LAN ว่ามีการชำรุดหรือไม่
กรณีสาย LAN ชำรุด ให้ทำการแก้ไข หรือเป็นสายเชื่อมกับเครื่องปริ้นเตอร์ใหม่
2.ตรวจเช็คอุปกรณ์ Network ภายใน
กรณีติดตั้งเครื่องปริ้นเตอร์ผ่านระบบ Network (LAN หรือ WIFI)
การกำหนดค่า IP ของเครื่องปริ้นเตอร์ เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้ IP เครื่องเปลี่ยน
ซึ่งอาจจะทำให้ไม่สามารถใช้งานเครื่องปริ้นเตอร์ได้ หรือเครื่องปริ้นเตอร์แสดงสถานะออฟไลน์
วิธีการแก้ไข
1.ไปที่ การตั้งค่า
2.การตั้งค่าเครือข่าย
3.IPV4
4.กำหนดค่าเอง **กำหนดค่าของ IP เครื่องปริ้นเตอร์ไม่ให้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง
5.กด OK
